tow mirors upgrade?

So if I wanted to add a set of manual tow Mirrors to my 2017 dodge ram besides the actual mirror and having it reflashed for the puddle lights and turn signal lights. Is anything else required

You need to have it flashed for puddle/turn signals and also so that when you have them in the upright position the mirror controls work correctly.

Thats what I figured didn't know if I needed new control module for the doors or if they were plug in play. My mirror now are just heated no blinker

From what I've read from others doing it, no you shouldn't, but I'm not 100% on that one.

Nope, no CEL lights.

I added the folding tow mirrors from A1 Auto, $585 and they have worked perfectly for about a year. on my 2500 that came with stupid small mirrors (bout it with 10k on it) The cheaper chrome finish though oxidized, and I contacted A1. They replaced them without hesitation.

I added a set this week from eBay. Need to take to dealer to add codes for signal & puddle lights. Love how it always knows when flipped up which way to move mirrors.
