BFG KO2 are an excellent choice. Very good in wet conditions .
I'd like the closest thing to Street Light Truck tires that would be able to handle slimy boat ramps. My preference would usually be Michelin, which is what I have run for 250K on my 2002 Land Cruiser

How to properly pull a boat out of the water..
D'oh!!

...and just because you have more tow rig than the load needs:
Holy cow! The first video, that had to hurt.

The second video illustrates perfectly what many don't realize, the dead weight of a boat. Take my little 18 foot fishing boat, wet and fueled, it comes in at just under 5K pounds. The scale at the recycling center says my 2022 ECODiesel with me and the wife in it weights in at 6.3K pounds (my 2015 3500 Cummins weighs in at 8.6K). Add to the equation a slippery boat ramp and some where around a 6% or better grade and well, the results as seen in the second video. Notice how the steer axle had no traction.

I don't recommend street light truck tires and slimy boat ramps. Most vehicles I have seen in person that have issues on slimy boat ramps has street tires on them. They load up with the slimy **** and get slippery.

There are some AT tires out there, even made by Michelin, that look closer to street tires.
