It's only happened twice in the past year since I've owned the truck, but while actively driving the alert tone will sound, the TPMS icon will start flashing on the EVIC screen, and a message will popup saying something like, "TPMS Unavailable". The icon will flash for a few minutes, then go solid. Both times it stayed that way until I turned the truck off, went into the store, then came back and started it again. At that point it acted normally. And no, I haven't had my tires rotated or replaced since I bought it.

Ideas?

My suggestion, get under the left front wheel and see if the module has anything caked on it like mud or dirt. Check the connection to see if you have any crosision that might create any intermediate fault.

FYI : I'm not sure but on the 2017, The TPMS controller is behind the rear seat on the driver's side.

Last Thursday evening I broke out my portable compressor and topped off my tires, using the TPMS as my guide. Friday morning my TPMS went offline and stayed that way all day. Then the next morning when I started the truck it was working again. No clue why it does that.

I can do y'all one better.
My '18 doesn't like GA or FL.

NC/SC/VA I have no issues, but the whole time I'm in GA/FL, or today, on the way TO them, through SC, front TPMS goes wack.

I think the last time we went down it stayed intermittent for a bit after getting back, as I remember getting the tires rotated, and the issued stayed on the front for a bit, then magically stopped for like 6+ months, and just came back today. Got new tires on the beast last week (3rd set, including OE), and I'm at almost 109k.

But I did start the trip with a U121/U120/U118C, that seems to have just been the truck being grumpy, as clearing the codes eventually, and then a power cycle for 2 stops seems to have cleared THOSE codes.
