I was told on nov 2021 that dealership can not give the pin out anymore, is this true or do I need to find a different dealer. I bought the obdlink and ready to buy Alfa obd software and could not get my pin…please answer.

Dealers lie ,often. Unless this is new they are full of it,dealers have been telling customers this lie for years. Find a different one.
