They will probably list it high 50’s. What they’d offer you I’m not sure.

We moved to our lake house permanently and I have to haul water. I need a truck with a 5500 + lb payload and I dont want to back a trailer up this driveway with a water tank on it so I'm going to buy a 1 ton 6.4.

Kelly Blue Book or NADA will get you in ball park, but I wouldn't expect dealer to match it. Typically better off in a private sale. Whether title still has a lien will affect trade-in too. I'm guessing somewhere in a range of $43K-61K and where it falls depends on many variables.

I think $50 on a 2019 is great. I have a 2020 with 6000 miles and I would probably be happy with an offer of $50000

well considering I have an 18 with 35000 miles on it and I was offered 45000 on trade I guess that's probably not terrible. Whatever makes you happy. Sorry regarding your payload...... why don't you just keep the wagon and toss air bags in? Or are you concerned about getting checked?

Thank you guys for all the replies. I still havent traded. I was offered 53k for my P.W and 7k off a 72k for a cummins dually. But I think I'm going to order a 6.4 dually-short trips and only towing 15k and with 6k lbs of water in the bed are my uses for the truck it has made my decision really easy. And to be honest it's hard to part with the P.W I know its a garage queen but dam I just love the truck.

only one person needs to be happy with the deal and that is the person making the payments. No matter if you got offered 60K and the new one was sold to you for $59K someone would always say they got a better deal.
