Howdy all. I just got back from a 1400 mile road trip. I had a my regular cruise set to 75MPH I was moving along just fine when the 75 went away, and another screen popped up for a few seconds. It went away no other problems. That was on my way to New Orleans. Yesterday on my way back it did the same thing. I wasn't sure what the screen was until I stopped. I squeezed the trailer brake controller levers and the screen popped up. I have not towed nor have I hooked up a trailer yet. I figure it was an electrical gremlin, but I had better ask if this has been seen before and I should head to the dealer.

Thanks

I doubt the screen pop-up was actually the “same” screen. There are a number of Pop-Ups which occur when changes to cruise-control take place…such as inadvertently touching the accelerator…or if the front radar detects another vehicle and makes a speed-diversion, etc. etc.

I looked at the screen when it popped up. It had Gain at the top and Light default at the bottom. I figured out all the other normal screens pop up screens while using cruise. This was the brake controller screen.
