Any of you have one of these installed? I know it's just a novelty but wondering if you had it installed professionally and where did they mount it? Pictures and details would be great!

I just bought this compact one for mine. Should be here next week. My plan is to rig it to replace the factory horn.

One day I will upgrade to a big boy kit. But till then I wanted a small cheap one for fun. If I really wanna get someone's attention I throw on the siren via my pa.... ;)

But since you brought it up, how do you like that me one on your bike?

Mine is the Denali sound bomb. I got the split model to make it easier to mount (the single unit is pretty big in a motorcycle context). Supposed to be 120 decibels... it's much louder than the stock horn for sure. I just got it mounted and had to go to work for a couple of weeks so didn't get much time to ride with it. The season will be over by the time I get back. :(

Dang. Once mine gets here I am gonna swap the factory horn for it. If it sounds decent I will mount it on my Harley and order a big boy air horn kit for the truck.

Be careful! My neighbor had one on his 2500 for a few years and had road rage idiots approach him a few times and want to kick his ass. He used it as his main horn and people really didn't like it. He would fire it off at his house and then the neighbors wanted to kick his ass. He finally took it off before somebody killed him. Nobody can take a joke anymore.

Yeah. My plan is only for idiots that know they're idiots and just need a little reminder. Plan is to install using a delayed relay (1/3-1/2 second - TBD...) triggered by the OEM horn. During that initial push of the horn button, only the normal horn will sound. Holding down on the horn longer than that unleashes the Gjallarhorn.
