Tranny fluid...

Hey guys,
My converter will be coming in next Monday so we are gonna try to knock it out Tuesday..Any idea how much fluid it takes to fill the converter,And if I should get the mopar fluid or will any good ATF+4 be ok?Thanks guys!

Congrats! Can't wait to get mine in!

Converter takes 2 quarts. It's going to take it slow but they will go in. Any ATF+4 is good.

I talked to Donald and spark plug about it..Donald wanted $500 to do it and spark plug was gonna do it for $300..Well a buddy of mine works at a shop near me and said that he could do it for $400,And with him only 5min away I'm just gonna go that route..I was gonna do it myself with some help from a buddy but this Tonsolitis is kicking my ass and I really don't feel like messing with it lol...

Valvoline atf4 is recommended for Chrysler vehicles. That what I use.

I would buy 3 quarts just to have a spare, but the converter will hold about 2. Make sure you fill the converter before installing it on the truck though.
