Trans Range Sensor Leak & No Gear Indicator Lights

No crank and no gear indicator lights. Adjusted front cable; same.
Checked cable at trans and found range sensor leaking badly.
Called local Dodge parts and was told they do not sell the sensor individually. Must buy block of sensors for $450.
Called Napa and they only list the part for the 5.9, nothing for the 6.7.
No listing at Rockauto that I can find.
Where do you go for this sensor?
Truck is 2007.5 Ram 3500 4WD 6.7 Laramie

The part you are looking for is the solenoid pack which contains the TRS, or the Transmission Range Sensor, that supplies the starter relay a ground in Park and Neutral.

Here is the Napa part number:
