I drive a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 V6 with the 8 speed transmission. I've already dealt with the hard down shift issue (Solved by an update) however I'm now experiencing a new issue. Whenever I'm driving at low speeds ( my neighborhood) there is a very obvious lurch when the transmission changes gears around 27-30 mph. I've taken it to my dealership twice now and been told that "the transmission guy is very busy". I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue or has had this issue and had it corrected. Thanks for the help.

Have the 8-spd in my wife's Cherokee--always seems to be shifting at the wrong time--except when in sport mode. Then it goes deep in the revs for each gear and moves pretty briskly
