On occasion my 2014 1500 5.7-liter Laramie will not move when put into drive. This only happens when I'm stopped on a steep incline and turn the dash knob to drive. The light on the knob just flashes, and when I give the truck gas, it won't move. It acts like it is in neutral. I can put the truck into 4WD auto, and it will take off. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Might be worth while to check the fluid level in the transmission.
Here's the instructions for checking the fluid level in the 8 speed, pay attention to the very first highlighted paragraph,it's important.
You need the rear tires roughly 9" in the air to level the transmission.

When you are on this 'steep Incline' are you using your Ebrake? If not thats your issue It could be getting jammed in park if your on a large incline.
