Transmission won’t engage

Greetings ,

I was driving down the highway at about 55 miles an hour came out of a tunnel that has a bouncy bump and when I hit that the truck lost all transmission. No oil , and no burnt smell, fluid level good

On my 2016 2500 the filter fell off in the transmission at around 20k mi and caused that condition
