Ordered my wheels today!!!!...

Ended up going with the XD Addicts 20x9
Putting the stick tires on them, seeing how they still have a good 20k at least on them.

The wheels alone should give the truck the stance/look in going for. So i;m extremely excited.

Tints got done today (pic above) and spyders came in (going in tom)

Wheels and kicker hideaway should be within the next two weeks.

Man I'll tell you what. What a world of difference those spiders do to make the truck look different... And the cut off is.... Bad/unreal...
I've never experienced a car with projectors so this is my first. I like it, but the line has notches in it? Is that just cuz the projectors that come in the spiders are garbage or is that a adjustment issue.
I'll try and take pics later to show what I'm talking about

yes, but its weird.... ____/---- ____/------
thats what i have, i would think the one on the right would be flipped like this ----\___ but nope.... I dont understand. I mean, its not bad... its tolerable, but if its a quick and easy fix like an adjustment, then ill do it... (not like an adjustment is easy in the spyders)

unfortunately that's how all projectors are. just align the highest points of the cuttoff.

The reason for the "steps" is to provide further distance on your side of the road without blinding oncoming traffic.

That's why people retrofit their own because you can trim down the cutoff if you prefer a more straight line cutoff.

I doubt it. Not familiar with the spyders by 90% of headlights don't adjust horizontally.

Yes. When you do that, at most distances they will combine and turn into 1 cutoff ___/----

Im not sure since it varies between cars, and since you have bilsteins it changes too.

I was told to have the left side of the cutoff below the drivers side mirror of a car 25ft in front of you.

Maybe theres something in the manual or online about stock height rams, then just lower it 2.8" from that height bc of your bilsteins.

Just make sure youre not blinding the cars in front of you and you should be golden

25 feet.

Drive up as close as you can and find the center. Use frog tape. Make a cross.

Back up 25 feet from the wall. Measure from your center mark 2" down. Run the frog tape across.

It's higher on the right to light up the ditches better...lol.

These are mine.

It's the lower part of the cutoff you want 2" lower than center line of the lights.

If you have side to side adjustment, you can use the vertical part of your cross.

Sorry about not mentioning which part to use.
