Okay, what am I missing? I cannot find how to display the Trip A or B displays. The owners manual says to use the up or down arrow buttons to get to the trip menu item. I scroll through the menu and Trip never shows up. It must be turned off somehow, but I cannot figure out how to turn it on. Thoughts?
