Just an FYI or idea.
I did a little searching and with help from other ideas, I came up with my own bed "slide-out" to help ease my back pain. So far so good. It rolls pretty good and easy. I may add a couple more roller bearings in the future. I had 800 of brick and p-stone and pulled it out. Never mind the cross-board.
1-inch bearings. 1/2 Inch ply. 1 x 3 Side guides.
