Hello:
A little late to the discussion but I also have had some issues with the Park Assist System on my 2014 Ram Bighorn.
I have trouble shot the system and this is what I found.

I swiped (Wipe) sensors multiple times and swapped sensors. They do not need calibration and it is the same OEM Number for any position: #1 thru #10.
1 thru 6 on front and 7 thru 10 on rear, at least on mine.
The wiring harness does not have a yellow wire that communicates (5 volt reference) in the ECM World. I replaced the rear sensors (Marked them first) with the front.
The move from rear to front worked fine.

I ordered new Amazon and new OEM. The Amazon ones did not work anywhere you put them and these were the expensive ones.
Ordered OEM Mopar on a discount site and got them for less that 77 dollars apiece. Worked.

Put them on front and worked in any position.
I replaced the Park Sensor Module and the rear bumper Park assist wiring with wire loom and wired tied in place.
After all this work the camera picture stopped wiggling around in reverse but still sometimes get Rear sensor maintenance needed.
I continued.
Went to a salvage yard and after speaking with the owner I was able to find a compatible Radio/Uconnect/navigation like mine.
After a couple of hours Found that the one from the salvage yard fixed the problem for how long.... do not know.
Seems a Resister and a Capacitor set, inside just wear out some how and "****" you get annoying rear sensor alerts and a back up camera that acts up.

Hope this helps.

Oh By the way. My 2014 Bighorn 8HP-70, 5.7L, is in excellent condition. I have replaced the front end, (all parts) But not sway bar... why would you, the front CV shafts and inner shafts, the front shocks (Struts) rear shocks, brakes, rebuilt rear-end (differential), New U-Joints, New rear Traney Seal, Flushed Radiator Replaced not flushed the Traney Fluid with filter (new) every 60k. Has 135K Now. Master tune up. Hoses Belt pulley tensioner and any other that needed it. Replaced the fan motor, pulled off my inside door panels and greased the auto window parts, Replaced the behind the back seat louvers that help with closing the doors: Note These go bad and cause water in back seat floor-board if not properly replaced. installed HED Headlights 4000 kind installed LED tail, blinker, back-up lights as suggested with a resister to prevent intermittent flashing of lights. I also replaced the tires many miles ago with 275-65-20 Micheline Tires that have a 70k life on them. Never out of balance and ride very quiet compared to the aggressive ones I originally had on. Too Much Noise and Too Heavy.
All this and it is still paid for. Just got my Yearly Front end Alignment and drives and rides great.
Great feeling to owe nothing on the Truck I love to Drive and use to pull my Bass Boat. Just need some TLC and correct parts to make it last.

Good Driving
