So need help I have little over 1500 bucks to put into the truck.
I want to do intake dual exhaust tb and maybe tuner or plugs and msd coil packs. Need in put.

Skip the coil packs unless yours are faulty. Do the plugs if they havnt been done. Get the tuner.
Now you should still have ~1k i dont know how much custom dual exhaust goes for in your area but it could eat all that. Get long tube headers if you dont already have.

I have a single in dual out new mangnaflow. Going to chop off muffler then run that back to duals and have them dump on side. Did thst on my yota . Cost 150 bucks. Deff doing intake and 85mm tb. Now do I buy a new tuner or used. And I'll only go dialbo tuner.

I did my Longtube setup for about 800 doing install myself. But have a single exhaust setup. That an a tuner will be a good mod. A tq converter will really wake that ***** up

So does that mean I have to remove Trans to put in

A tq converter yes, long tubes no but you may have to trim this ear piece off on passenger side for clearance.
