I have recently level my truck 3in today I noticed it sits 1/2 in lower on the driver side the rear measurements are the same. Is this normal after a level or what
I’ve also heard it could be my gas tank but I never noticed it before

Turn the truck around so its facing the opposite direction and have the wheels in the exact same position they were at. Is the side that was low still on the same side after the move?

Has it been aligned after the lift?

Might wanna remeasure after a week or so and see how it settles in

I intentionally left the passenger side 1/2” higher front and rear for the natural road crowns up here. 5100s are a clip up and didn’t cut the rear spring as much.

Every Ram truck sits lower on the driver side regardless of which suspension you have on the truck. Take a tape measure to a dealership, and you will see that all the brand new trucks are the same way. You have more weight on the driver side with the battery, brake booster, steering column, and gas tank.

I had that happen in the front on a 2013 Big Horn . After the dealer installed two new struts in the front of the truck, the org.ones leaked . The drivers side was way down could not even put my fist sitting on top of tire to the fender. I think they installed the wrong strut off the shelve or they just used what they had. I made them re-due the struts and stayed and watched them do it.
