Truck turn off randomly

I was just driving on the highway than my 15 Ram Rebel shut down the engine 5.7 but I still had power but the engine turn off. I pull down to try to back on but nothing then I open the door then closed it then the truck turn back on.

I just had similar problems and it wound up being the ignition node. Try wiggling your key while your truck is on (parked) and see if the engine cuts out. That was how I diagnosed my issue eventually.
