Ok guys so I took my truck for a wheel alignment today and they said they can not get the toe correct the inner tie rods are too long they ran out of thread. They are cut but they are saying the rod is not threaded back far enough? Did any one have this issue before? It's 2015 1/2 ton with a 6" fabtech with bills at 2.8" the wheels are out .5" over all
Any ideas?

Did you trim the outer and inner tie rod ends? Or just the outer? You may need trim another 1/4" or so off both ends. That happened to me on the drivers side. I didn't trim enough.

No I don't think they cut the inner, so I would just hall the boot back and cut off say 1/4" or more on each side?

Whatever you cut off the outter, cut the same of the actual threaded inner tie rod end.

My Zone kit came with shorter tie rod ends. I take it the fabtech kit uses the existing ones?? If so, then you'll probably need to cut them back and make sure they are threaded properly. Mine were slightly off but luckily I had just enough room on the new Zone tie rod ends to align properly.

But to answer your question, yes, I have heard of this problem before.
