Okay guys, been gone for a awhile. Been concentrating on stuff for my Harley and my TTA Pace Car. I'll throw in a couple pics to help me from being booed for asking this:

Now that time has passed, do any of the Tuners deal with the traction control elements yet?

Has 1 tuner out performed the other? only looking at canned tunes right now.

Thanks in advance, and for those that want to say search I say :flipthebird:

I forgot my Profile picture :naughty: Man I miss that truck. Should of never traded it! 05 2500 quad sport 5.9 with only 70,000 on it. It would blister this truck.

None of the tuners really disable it completely, especially not with a canned tune. Some of the custom tunes can turn it off or mostly off... Obviously, pulling the abs fuse will disable it completely, but that also has the undesirable effect of lighting up the dash. ;)

Thanks for the comments about custom tunes. How about tuners? They've been out long enough, 1 over the other?

for custom Tuner Diablo is our only real option now as others like Superchips or HPTuners have yet to release anything for customizing... the real choice to make when it comes to custom tuners is the actual tuner (person) itself. Choices are Hemifever, Whitelightning and Jay so far that I know of that has experiences with Rams. I'm pretty sure a local dyno tuner can do it but these guys understand the nuances with our hemi's which do differe from the lx platform hemi's when it comes to tuning..

You seem like a guy who does things correctly. Have you considered a true custom dyno tune? You'd still need the Diablo tuner but it would maximize every benefit and give you a dyno sheet to prove the gains.

I dyno tune all of my bikes but this truck is over 2 years old and less than 20,000 miles on it. Just looking for better general performance. I just can't stand the fact that my 05 cummins would spin until the cows come home and this one can barley bark the tires.

That's odd, my '11 will do donuts until the tires blow. I wouldn't think two extra doors would make that much difference.

Well, two doors, 20's, and different gears, but still.

It is the torque management I believe.
