I had a local tuner turn off my MDS and adjust my throttle sensitivity. If I buy a DiabloSport Trinity and want to add a canned tune to it, do I need to reset everything first by seeing that tuner? Or can I just buy the Trinity and add the canned tune? The tuner used his laptop and said he has a license for my truck. He just doesn’t have time to dyno tune my truck.

I would have the tuner return your truck to stock before you overwrite the PCM a second time,

That’s what I’m thinking and if I’m going to have him do that I might as well just let him do the dyno tune at the same time as it will be a lot better than the canned tunes.

Yes, dyno tunes are better than the canned tunes that come with a programmer.
