My friend has a toyota aristo with 2jz engine and two sets of stock twin turbos. I was thinking about buying one set for 100$ I don't know what else I would need to make it work for my 04 5.7l. Would it even work? Is it worth it?

Not to mention you would need to do some custom exhaust work, unless you go with something like an STS. But again, your going to get what you pay for. the placement of the STS turbos will not be good for anything but the track in my opinion. If you look at them you will understand.

Most of turbos are sized specifically for the engine in question. A 3.0L turbo is most likely not going to be correct for a 5.7L due to redline and airflow differences. Small turbos spool quickly but run out of flow fast.
