UConnect 5.0 Glitchy on Startup - Won't boot....sometimes

Hey kids,

Odd little bug here. Every now and again (no rhyme or reason), my radio simply won't boot. I see the screen power up, sometimes it will get to the ram logo screen (sometimes not), but it simply won't boot.

I can usually get it to boot after shutting down the truck and letting it sit for 30 or more minutes.....but the problem persists if I only shut it down for 5-10 minutes.

Any friggin' idea what's up? Any advice is appreciated.

Are you sure the unit is powering on? I've seen this happen on 8.4 radios and suspect the truck side is causing it and not the radio itself...

One dumb thing to check... is anything plugged into it? (SD chip, USB stick, charging cable, etc)? If so, yoink all that out and then test.
