uConnect 8.4 - Software Update - Manual

Hi everyone,

Just recently switch from Jeep to RAM with a 2019 1500 Rebel. My uConnect 8.4 software version is 17.46.57 dates back to 2017. I cannot get Carplay to work and I checked my friend's 2019 Rebel 8.4 uConnect and the software version is 18.23.29 and Carplay works fine with the same phone.

Surely my radio should be updated since 2017! OTA updates I haven't seen and the driveuconnect site says no update. Something isn't right. Dealer can't help me, FCA customer service can't help either.

Hardware Part number in the Dealer mode is CNSC27N4GL

Any one hosting the updates anywhere that I can download and install manually ?
