Uconnect 8.4A Dead

So the screen stays black and no power to the USB in the center console. Is there a fuse somewhere for it? I can't seem to find one.

It seems like the same time this happened the Traction light came on and stays on.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I had mine reboot while I was driving once but never had this issue. Have you checked the owner manual for a fuse list?

did you try to reset it, hold mute and tune buttons at the same time for about 5 seconds
