Uconnect App wont work

I got a 2018 Ram 1500 that has uconnect, so i downloaded the app to my phone (iphone) It would work ok not all the time but now it wont do anything lock /unlock/start
I am really disappointed in it, go 2-3 min just to tell me it has fail.
it is not exp or anything just the app has been update not by choice tho.
any thoughts..

I have heard lots a bad about that app. See if you can download the Sirius xm Guardian app and get that to work. I use that for my car and it has worked so far

I've had Uconnect on my 2013 and my 2016, neither worked worth a darn. Remote start or lock/unlock worked about 30% of the time using the app. One of the factors is the truck has to have good cell signal (I think it is the Sprint network here in the US). Even with that my didn't work most of the time.

On my truck I had the Uconnect Access app and it was much better than the new Uconnect app where they combined the services of Uconnect Access and Sirius xm Guardian into one app.

Mine started not working recently. I deleted from my phone and reloaded from App Store. Works fine now
