UConnect freezing?

I have a 2012 Ram Laramie...lately the UConnect freezes when I try to connect my bluetooth from my iPhone. Everything freezes-I can't get back to the radio and nothing on the screen responds-I have to turn off my truck and let everything turn off. I tried forgetting the devise and resetting the bluetooth-nothing. Any suggestions?

2014 Ram 3500 Mega Cab, 6.4 HEMI. UCONNECT is the biggest piece of crap i have ever seen. My radio constantly reboots every 5 minutes. When XM gave the free weekend this past weekend my radio and all functions worked. Now its back to rebooting. I called UCONNECT customer service and they want me to pay the dealership to diagnose the problem before they can do anything. I advised that a $70,000 truck shouldn't need a paid diagnosis when UCONNECT agreed the problem was interference with XM signals in the past. I will not buy a Mopar or RAM product again.
