Uconnect issue / iphone

Hello everybody, I´new here in this forums!
Bought a brand new 1500 Ram 2012 last weeks and start with an issue.
After each engine start the bordcomputer oders me to make a voice training.
"Press the unconnect phone button to restore the factory setting or repeat the following word or freezes after the beat. To retrain the voice reginition system, press the unconnect phone botton to restore the facotory setting, or say dail 12345 and so on...."
If I do the voice training I get a " voice training completed".
After a few seconds the same story again, sometime it shuts off and can not complete the voice training.
If I press the unconnect phone buttom or voice control button it don´t works, also the other buttons don´t work.
After a few time the lady in the bordcomputer/radio orders me to install an update.
" B:63.02.48 /// V:HS:d2 "

My dealer insatlled a new bordcomputer/radio, but the same issue again.
Now he´s telling me that is problem of my iphone.
The connection to iphone and Uconnect worked very well.
Can´t beleive that! How should a bluetooth connection kill the software?
Also I can not delete the iphone, because can´t get into settings by voice control button.

Does the update solve this problem? On other postings this update was for connection problems.

Any other with this kind of issue?

I have no idea man. Have you tried using a different Iphone or a different style phone? Maybe the wife's, kid's or a friends and see if you have the same problem?

welcome to RF, i'm assuming there is a different module in your truck since you are in Germany and call it a bordcomputer?

can not try out other phones, because the voice control does not work any more.
If I press the voice or phone button, I get into the voice training. No other orders possible.
So can not delete my phone at setup. Radio, CD, player etc works.

The Dodge is an import from the US, there is no change for Germany same like in the US.
Maybe I´m wrong when I call it "bordcomputer", I mean that radio unit.

maybe then they need to replace or do an update to the uconnect module - not the radio.

What about warranty? Is there no Chrysler dealer nearby?

found something out. Could be that it is the Peiker accoustic module that makes this issue. To solve the issue the Peiker module must be replaced to a new one, or the dealer must try to connect it with wiTec and flash it with starscan.
