Uconnect issue

I recently had dealer replace radio and now my uconnect doesn't work.

Are you referring to the apps? If so, you will need to call UConnect directly to fix it.

You may need to contact uconnect and let them know you had a new unit installed and transfer your service to the new unit

You need to go back to the dealer so they can work it out. One thing that might help here, I see you have a 2009. Do you have the part number they installed? If it is a Gen5 radio I don't think it will work in your truck.

This is a 2018 and the dealer has changed the radio twice and the uconnect module.

There is another thread here about installing radios from 2018 into 2013-2017, not sure if there is information in there that might help. In pre 2012 trucks not sure about compatibility since I haven't dug down (I have a 2018 truck). Having the part number posted here may still help others as they try to assist you. Sorry I can't be of more help, hope this resolves soon for you.

The truck is a 2018 not a 2009

Sorry, I was going by your profile post. However, again, if you post the part number that they put in your truck other knowledgeable people on this forum might be able to help more. I have read that installing a Gen 5 radio in a Gen 4 vehicle is a problem. Good luck

Well its finally fix after 4th radio change.

I think the dealer never reported the change in the system.

Leave it to the customer to prove them wrong and tell them what they gave to do.
