UConnect Navigation sytem

I consistantly get this error message when I search for a destinatrion : "An unknown error occured. Would you like to search offline from your vehicle's navigation database?" The dealership could not fix the problem and recommended intalling a new radio (under warrenty). This did not fix the problem. I installed new Map software which did not fix it either. I was working fine from the day I bought it until mid summer 2024. Can anyone help me out here?

I never did like the TOM TOM Navigation

Is it possible to use a Navigation App on your Cell Phone & somehow Mirror that on the
Radios screen??
