Uconnect update

I purchased a 8.4 uconnect with no vin

I’m looking for this software update
Uconnect_8.4_ucs_qr39.6_ds_dj_d2_dd_df_dp-my18-20
Can’t find it and don’t have a vin from doner vehicle. Any help would be great thanks

Go on ebay and look for 2018's for sale, they usually list the vin's

@Lurker55, huge shout out for helping me with my UAS! I just ran the update to get to v39.6 and it fixed the issue I was hoping it would fix! I added all the settings for heated/vented seats, heated steering wheel, and auto dim rear view mirror but I could never get the ‘controls’ app to appear to turn them on/off. I did find out that I could access them through a round about way through the ‘climate’ app (and I eventually installed the switches for the seats and wheel). All the individual icons for that stuff also showed up which I also didn’t have. Thanks again!

Try unplugging your battery, and holding the positive/negative leads together for a while (THE TRUCK LEADS, NOT THE ACTUAL BATTERY!)
RAM upgraded my rear view mirror from the base to the "mid" (Auto dim mirror, but not high beams), and I didn't have the control for the mirror, until my battery went flat. Uconnect "rescanned" the truck, and lost most of my options for a day, then figured out I did have the options as it rescanned.
