uconnect updating problem !!

i've downloaded the update file for my uconnect , it starts updating when reaches to "total process" at %14 reboots, it starts again from beginning 0% ,,, any clue ?

Did you unzip the files prior to transferring too the memory stick? For the 18.45.01 update, five files are required

there's no messages, just keep starting from 0% every time it finishes the 2nd unit update

It looks like the file on the thumb drive is corrupt. Try downloading it again and unzipping. Reformat the thumb drive and copy the files over to it. Make sure you use "eject" on your PC and that process finishes before removing the thumb drive. PC's buffer data being written to the thumb drive and if it is removed "uncleanly" some data may not get written to the drive. Also, the recommended drive brands to use are Kingston and Patriot.
