Ultrasonic bird deterent ???

I need something to help keep birds out of a shed at our farm. It's open front and the birds tend to sit on equipment to do their business or try to build nests in something. Anyone have experience with ultrasonic style deterent devices?

Look at the buildings in your town, you may see fake owls on the roofs
you can find them at Tractor Supply, Home Depot, etc.

Never felt like fake owls really did that much. As for any solar powered model, placement will be inside the shed so it would only work if there was an AC operated version.

hang some nets over the entrance with a magnetic strip down the middle.my wife uses them over her garden to keep the birds/deer out and they seem to worlk.

Approximately 32ft by 12ft would be a lot of netting.

We had Sparrows in both our Pole Barn & Horse Barn.
We kept our equipment in both places to keep it from rusting.

My Sister has a Disco Ball type thing, it hangs from a tree
It has thousands of Glass squares that catch the light.
Even a slight wind makes it rotate.
I have not seen any birds on the table next to it.

What if you tied Colored Mylar Ballons around your pole barn & tie some to the equipment ?

....What if you tied Colored Mylar Ballons around your pole barn & tie some to the equipment ?... Have considered some options like that but was researching the ultrasonic method. Some reviews of the balloon/inflatable options indicated those only worked for a very short time.
