So I am assuming and I know that is a horrible thing to do that the white connector will be for a microphone of some sort? and would I have all the plugs to run the 430 RBZ?

I'm not 100% sure about the 430, but I don't think so.

Uconnect is not built into the 130 or the 430, it requires a separate uconnect module which is mounted under the dash above the passenger side kick panel. On mine, the microphone connector is in the wire harness from the uconnect module and not the radio.

The radio harness for the 430 is the same for the 130 and I don't think every connector on the back of the head unit gets used.
