Ok guys I have decided to upgrade the stock head unit on my 04 slt ram, bought a kenwood, but I am having all kinds of problems. The radio powers on but I have no sound. Also it has the Infinity sound system from the factory. Still works with the old radio. Stumped

Most aftermarket head units aren't designed to work with the factory Infinity amp. Either have to find one that does, bypass the amp or put an OEM head unit back in.

I put in a double din pioneer in my 04 slt ram with infinity. I just made sure to connect remote power to pin 13 (dg/rd) to power amp.

This is exactly what I do on the 2002-2005 trucks.
