Eventually upgrade all factory speakers and add a nice beefy 12" but unfortunately still waiting for jl audio to make a center console stealth box for regular cabs. Slowly but surely it's coming together.

can you still use the key fob to activate the alarm or do you need the Viper remote?

Yes sir! Factory key fob arms and disarms the Viper alarm. Viper remote for monitoring and all other extras. Very happy with it... $500 out the door remote start, pin for the hood an the tailgate. If you are interested talk to Jorge or Juan. Good guys!

just wondering if you have UCONNECT? i was looking at HU's and wondered if it would still work with a diff unit....

If you are talking about a 2013; Not a good idea. There are several advisories out there about not swapping radios.

Mine had uConnect but it didn't work with the Pioneer. I don't miss it, though. I have Bluetooth with this one and several other better features.

I had the basic radio that came with the Express. This pioneer integrates with Netflix pandora iPod and Bluetooth for my phone amongst several other nice features besides sounding a million times better than stock. Very happy with my choice...

im not sure what radio i have but i know the uconnect mic sicks in mine..i would like a new unit but if its going to jack up the uconnect ill just upgrade to the better facotry option i guess...
