Urgent audio help needed please

okay so I've got a guy on kijiji who has

2 12" alpine type rs

Clarion vx409 HU (double DIN)

Kenwood KAC-91020

and some wires to hook it up apparently

He's asking $650 for it all, does this seem like a fair price to you guys??

the subs come in a box that was for a ford ranger apparently i don't know, but he said he'd hook them up for me in his car so i could see how they sound

He needs to know tonight if i can come by, otherwise he's off to work a for a little while!?

I'm not familiar with alpine or clarion so I wouldn't know. Hopefully someone will chime in in a minute or two. Moved to audio section.

That price is a good price, alpine are a good brand. Same with all the others.

I'd do it. I got my 2 10in subs, amp and head unit for WAYY under that. Maybe like $450?

But I do it. Meet his offer and pick that **** up!

well you figure for the subs and the dd alone thats about $700. so everything else is a bonus. you could resale the box and make some coin back.

Not a bad idea! I ended up taking the HU and the subs. Now I have to figure out what to do with the box haha. It might be worth what $60? I don't know how much ppl pay for these things
