USB 1 and 2 no worky

Recently (Today) USB 1 and 2 stopped working. USB 3 is fine and charges phone and does android auto. USB 1 and 2 will not charge phone. Replaced fuse 43 under dash and worked briefly with a usb flash drive, but stopped when phone plugged in. Any ideas whats going on. Fuse 43 didn't look like it blew. Anyone else have this problem? 2019 Ram Limited with 12" screen and 12,000 miles on it.

OK, Phone works fine in Corvette, just not the ram. When I plug into the usb on truck, phone shows it's charging but radio does not see the connection. Flash drive also does not show up as connected. I am so pissed of at this Uconnect crap I almost traded it for a ford today.
