USB Audio Ports Not Working

USB Port 1 works intermittently, and USB Port 2 doesn't work at all when I plug in my music-loaded Thumb Drive. Any suggestions?

What audio file format are you using?

Do you have individual files loaded on the thumb drive or are you loading the thumb drive with file folders?

Lastly, has your thumb drive been formatted in FAT32?

I converted all my song files to be compatible... don't remember the required format. It worked just fine for a few months, but now it will play for a while and then quit.... sometimes in the middle of a song. When it was working properly, it played all 276 songs on the drive without any problem. I don't believe that the #2 port ever worked. When I plug my thumb-drive into #2 port, the screen simply says, "connect drive". Yes... FAT32 format.
