USB NOT CONNECTING

I have a 2016 RAM 1500 Sport. I don't use the USB often but when I tried it today I put the 32 mb flash drive in and it says "Connect Device". I have tried other drives unplugging and re-plug etc. I just won't find the drive at all. Has anyone else experienced this?

What USB port are you using?
For trucks with the center console only the USB port on the left inside the lid of the center console is the media port for the radio.

I have a '13 big horn with fold down console, sometimes I have to unplug and plug back in to get mine to play.

On mine my thumb drive will only connect if plugged into the center console. The USB port in dash will not.
