USB not working

So i have a 17 Ram big horn and i love it i noticed today that this USB port not working it wont charge it wont do anything checked the fuse box nothing is wrong the AUX port work the Media USB work and charges the phone normal any ideas of whats going on ?

Console or jumpseat?

Media hub is different that the power outlet...

I did its a 10 fuse and its fine and the truck is a console

Does the outlet near the cupholder still work?

Youo will likely have remove the console lid mat and remove the screws to get to the connector and check for power behind the console outlet (at connector) and go from there using the schematic and a multimeter to check for voltage.

Edit... Double checked the schematic and it looks like f104 is for the armrest outlet

You could have blown the USB port
If you had a bad cable that shorted out that will kill the port

From what I know that usb outlet turns off if you have a usb connected when the truck turns off. I always have to unplug the usb charger a few times every time I turn the truck on to get it to work. Something about “not running when truck is off.”
