Vacuum reservoir

Tried looking around but can't find answer. Is this factory or something somebody added? It was connected to the manifold and the climate control but I can't find it on any of the parts sites or by searching.

Those are aftermarket. Supposed to help control the wild vent issue these trucks have, losing vacuum to the mode doors in the HVAC under heavy throttle.
