Videos in mds mode

Does anyone have a video of their truck in mds mode with a performance muffler? I desperately want an aftermarket muffler but still a little shy about disabling the mds with a programmer, so I am just curious about how bad it sounds in mds mode.

No video but it sounds horrible when it kicks in. I run mine in tow haul mode to disable mds. You can also select a gear 1-6 on the shifter to disable it. The sound out of my mafnaflow 14 is well worth pushing a button to bypass the mds.

Sorry I don't have any video or sound clips currently, but it's noticeable with my 18 boeschbuilt kit. I have to hit the gear +/-, my Diablo intune dcx is giving problems disabling it.

Stock muffler I couldn't really hear the mds kicking in unless I turned on the tow/haul mode.

Try driving around with tow/haul mode turned on to hear the difference with the stock muffler. The aftermarket I have is louder than that.

Fyi I have a 2013 CC.. I think the quad and regular cab trucks it's not as noticeable from what I have read.

I am thinking about going to a 22 or 24 magnaflow for less notice in the cab at 1500-1900 rpms. I am at those rpms most of the time with he 3.21 rear.
