W350 short bed conversion

Had a guy give me an 86 w350. It has been sitting long enough for the tires to rot off of it. No rust, but someone has put spacers on the rear and changed it to single wheel. Question, what is the length of a shortbed? I want to make this a one ton Shortbed. 360 is gone and it has a 440 or 383. Not sure yet will find out tomorrow when I drag it home.

Shortbed std cab is 115" wheelbase.

Spacers don't make sense.... Axle widths are:
SRW: 65"
C&C DRW: 67"ish
Pickup DRW: 72"

I don’t understand the spacers, unless it was to make up for wheel offset. Do you know the length of the bed? Thanks for the help

Dunno exact shortbed length... 6'6"? 6'9"?
I only have longbeds and C&Cs.
