First of all, please use punctuation. It's difficult to tell where one thought/question ends and the next one starts. You're here asking for help or advice, so it makes sense to communicate well. Even cursory use of punctuation helps us to better understand the question.

The Warlock grill and bumper look to be the same as the 4th gen Rebels. I owned a 2017 Rebel, and it stood up to rock chips much better than any painted surface could. Powder coating is much tougher than paint. Even if it does eventually start to show damage, all you would need to do is re-coat the bumper with bed liner. The grille is black plastic and holds up well to rock chips.

I have a Warlock and the front bumper seems to have a more aggressive texture of powder coat than the rear (my opinion at least). I was worried how I was going to take care of it when I was going to detail, so I reached out to a bunch of online detail places. The one product that was recommend from chemical guys worked like a charm (Factory Finish Trim Coating and Protectant). If the bumpers ever start to have issues, I’ll probably just line-x them or something like that.

I'm very happy with the powdered coated bumpers. Seem very durable. My last truck had plastic bumpers. They were full of paint chips and scratches.
