Warping dashboard

I noticed both sides of dashboard have huge bubbles separating from glue. 2019 larmarie longhorn, 22,000 miles i am so upset when I seen this..please advise

Warranty claim with your dealer. They should repair or replace it.

It seems unreasonable, but if it sits closed up in the hot Texas sun, I guess it's possible. I'd start with your dealer. If they brush you off, go to FCA.

You have a 4th gen classic? Or a 5th Gen DX? You might want to post in the 5th gen area.

I'm having similar issue with 2019 Limited, driver side. Took it to the dealer and they said they would order aa new dash but can not give me an ETA because they claim is backordered. SOOOOOO upsetting to think they need to replace the dash on my vehicle which only has 11,400 miles, even more disappointed that they cant even tell me when.

The 4th gen forums aren’t the place to post this, but, i’m surprised Chrysler used actual leather on the dash. Unless there’s something majorly wrong and it’s plastic..

Mine started doing that soon after I bought it. Started on the right side and it also is on the left side now. The right side just kept getting worse and worse. Now it is all warped and is cracked at the top edge and splitting exposing the underneath. I took it to Dodge. They said they had never heard of this nor seen it in a RAM. The person who checked me in did say he had seen it on a Jeep. They took pictures and said they would have to contact corporate and see if they could fix it. They called back about 30 minutes later saying they didn't have to send the photos they took. They will replace the dashboard pad. No ideal when. They will call.

I traded in my 2001 Dodge that had the Disintegrating Dodge Dashboard option and was assured these new trucks had no such feature. I was worried when they said they had not heard of this latest issue. That's what I was told about my 2001. Eventually it completely collapsed (after the warranty, of course). Then the dealer offered to split the cost of replacement - my cost $1400. This is working out better though how long with the replacement pad last?

2019 /ram limited with 38000 miles did same thing. Took it in to dealer and said so sorry, not under warranty. called their so called customer service and they said couldn't do anything about it because i am second owner. no more friggin dodge/whatever the fck company that owns them. Same thing drove them into bankruptcy in the past
