I was wondering if I put a larger tire than is OEM could it void my warranty or cause an issue if I were to make a claim related to the suspension later on?

I will be going to 275/60/ 20 from the OEM 275/55/20.

You will get some informed opinions, but all that matters is what is written in your warranty paperwork. The possibility is that if any damage can be attributed to the change in tires, and that is the opinion of the service writer, you're going to have a hard time fighting against it. The more stock something is the less opportunity they have to deny a warranty claim. However, as you will read throughout this form, people have been told no numerous times on things that they felt they should have had covered. Good luck.

Tires & wheels don't change anything

When you tweak suspension parts is when you start getting into the grey areas

that is like only a 3% difference in tire size between those two tires.

I know my Mopar Maxcare warranty has limits in it as to lifts and oversize tires.
