How many have had problems getting serviced on warranty items at their dealer. Can’t get to it because of lack of employees, no loaners available, unreasonable wait times to get warranty work done, proper repairs not done due to “we don’t know” excuse.

No issues at all with service on my ram or chrysler but... I never wait for loaners I'll take them if offered but if it needs work I'll let them have it and make do. I did have issues with a Honda a few years back... it took 3 trips to get it properly diagnosed and repaired but kept on it and got it fixed(transmission replacement).

And I did have to fight for repairs on a Chevy I had 10 years ago... it's turbo would shut off with no cel and they couldn't reproduce it. When they handed it back to me... I drove around the block and reproduced the issue ( it required driving the car hard to cause it.). Then they had the tech drive it with me and see it. The issue was fixed after that :)

Been waiting 2 months for a front driveshaft and rear tc seal on my 2020 2500. I know parts are not back ordered but get the “sorry parts have not showed up yet” pretty pathetic. I guess they figure eventually warranty will run out or i will give up lol

My dealership usually has 6 or more Service Advisers
The currently only have 2 & Service Manager
They have 4 Greeters, they ask you to fill out a piece of paper that looks nothing like a Work Order or Pre-Invoice.
I ask at what mileage my last Lubrication Service was done. they can't check old records, one of the SA's or Manager has to do it.
They have 2 Courtesy Vans, but no courtesy drivers.

The Parts Department is fully staffed & they appear quite busy.
They are using 2 Golf Carts & 2 parts dept vans to deliver & retrieve parts
There are at least 6 Dodge Dealers within 60 miles of my place

I have never seen a loaner vehicle, but i have seen Rent-a-Car Vouchers, truck rentals cost at least $27 per day, if they can locate one

I’ve never had any issues with ford or Chrysler dealers for warranty work. I have had to wait up to four weeks for back ordered parts…not the dealers fault

My dealer has been great the couple times I needed work.

The past few years have been completely screwed up so I'd expect service to not be 100%. Dealers only have a few loaners to begin with and they usually are first come first serve unless arranged beforehand. They also can't find anyone that actually wants to work which slows everything down. Every industry is in complete shambles
