Washer Fluid Leak

I have washer fluid spraying out under the hood liner. Before I break all the fasteners that hold the hood liner on, I was curious if the tubes are under the liner or actually in the hood. Nothing gets the passenger side nozzle and hardly nothing comes out of the driver side. Leak looks like in the middle of the hood.
